We are interested, but have a question or two... what if we don't like what you do in the preview?
Can we make comments and you change things or are we limited to your first set?
We don't print until you like them.
I post a preview page where you have the opportunity to check for any errors/omissions... and you can make whatever changes you like. I try to limit 'changes' to three times.. only so it doesn't go crazy.. but i am also reasonable about it, and usually there arent three changes even..but have been known to accomodate more than 3... bottom line is, i want YOU to be happy... as my feedback rating shows... everyone is that has used me.

Toner or Ink?
Do you use toner or ink? I wouldn't want them to smudge when wet.
Only toner. There's no smudging to worry about.

File Format
I have my card already designed in a word document, would it be possible to email this to you?
While it's not the best format, if you have it arranged in a 10-up format, I will try to print from that. However, if the graphics are not all aligned or of the proper clarity, I may not be able to print them as the labor would make it cost prohibitive. For the best outcome, I prefer graphics in 600 dpi, preferably in a .psd (Photoshop) or if you have them saved in .png format that may work as well. Best to discuss it in email before sending your file.

Will you send out sample cards so I can see the quality of your work?
Yes, of course! Send in your address and I'd be glad to send you some samples.

We do have linen paper available for just a slightly higher price. Contact us with quantities for a price.

Do you have any 18 wheeler truck pictures ?
We have quite an extensive library of graphics and can usually find something for everyone.

Designing
Hi, Are you able to design a logo to put on my card?
As stated above we have an extensive library of graphics, and can find one for most any situation. We also can artfully arrange your card and will provide you with a few choices to pick from for your final card.

Will you mail Internationally?
Yes, Absolutely. However the postage is a bit higher and is calculated by weight, so you will need to specify the quantity if you would like a quote on shipping/handling.
Canada, Mexico and UK go by weight alone. Puerto Rico uses weight AND zip code. So you can see it is different for different countries. Email your info and we'd be glad to get you a quote.
