If you only have the need to have your email hosted here, you can have up to 5 email addresses for the base rate of $10 / month. Later, if you add a website, it comes with 2 free email addresses therefore any over 2 that you have will be billed at the additional rate of $1/month per email address.

We'll work one-on-one with your to build a website to meet your needs...and your budget! Starting as low as $50

Level 1:
1 page - describing company, company logo, mission statement, location(s), contact info, etc. This is basically a one-page electronic brochure or flyer type website including graphics and a map.

Level 2:
One main page, plus 6-8 additional pages (or less) with a maximum of 3 graphics per page;
(no forms) content provided by you electronically. (scanning is available for $1 per scan)

*NOTE: The "FREE" website does not include graphics, it is text only and gives the basic information of your company (i.e. name, location, phone, fax, hours) with one logo permitted, sized according to our specifications. (That doesn't mean pitifully small, we just don't want to take up the whole page with it)

Web design services are billed upon completion* and are due within 30 days of invoice date. If changes are to be made, those changes are billed separately and due upon presentation of the invoice.

*In the case of a larger project, billing may be done several times throughout the project at our discretion.
All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. n

Forms: (what are forms?)
If your websites requires forms, you will need to contact us for a quote for developing the form. Most forms are simple and easy however, we need to know the particulars before quoting a price. Pricing also depends on the number of forms and the amount of data storage needed.

What about Website changes?
Some changes we'll do for free. Quick updates or name or picture changes of employees, for example. So we use this simple rule: Changes which require more than 10 minutes of our time, are billed at the rate of $50/hour. We decide what takes more than 10 minutes to do and we'll let you know before we would bill you.

Email Storage Choices

For your 2 free email accounts, your email storage choices are:
  • You can have your mail stored on our server and access it from any browser (using iNotes).
  • You can have your mail stored on our server and access it using a Lotus Notes client installed on your computer.
  • You can have it forwarded it to another email address of your choice. (no copy is stored on our server)
  • You can use a Pop client (Eudora, Outlook, *Thunderbird) to access it which pulls the mail off our server and down to your local machine.
